Amazing place with great amenities like internet access, a fitness center, and free parking. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost on my first stay! I highly recommend trying the breakfast. I’ll be back for xmas!

They canceled my reservation n never called me back! !

The hotel was unprofessional and inconsiderate when they canceled my stay without notifying me. I had driven from Maryland with my family only to discover we had no place to stay. I am requesting a full refund and a complimentary stay.

No comforter on the bed, very surprising.

A staff to remember

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who genuinely made us feel important. The room was spacious, allowing my family to spread out comfortably, and the breakfast was consistently delicious every morning.

However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly inconsistent, making it difficult for us to stay connected. Additionally, the shower pressure was low, which left me wanting a better experience.

We visited Moss Rock Preserve and Red Mountain Park, both perfect for outdoor fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with breakfast. The outdoor pool looked amazing, and we loved our room's layout. Definitely recommend this spot for group trips!

This place was just a great match for a momentary visit in Hoover with very good value for money. The ice maker in our fridge worked perfectly, which was a nice surprise on a hot day. Avoid peak breakfast hours to dodge the crowd.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was cozy and had a nice remodel, but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The room was clean, and I liked having that separate living area—it made everything feel more spacious. Loved the complimentary snacks in the lobby and how quiet it was despite being near the main road.

However, I had a thrill finding the fridge off—guess my leftovers were on a little vacation too! And, let's just say, I could’ve used a few extra pillows for my dramatic sleep position.
